Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship orders within the United States. 🌎✈️

All orders are processed and shipped from Massachusetts. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How long does shipping take?

All of our items are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 5–7 business days before shipping.

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier:
📦 Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package every step of the way.

Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Every item is created just for you, which means all sales are final.

Absolutely. While some items are exclusive to live claims, many designs are also available here on our website.

Yes! We host Pressing Bar Parties where you and your guests can design your own hats, shirts, or other items. Contact us to book your date.
