Our current turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days before your custom items ship. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages during transit. Please contact the shipping provider for tracking and delivery updates.
