We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed, as production begins right away.

Orders typically ship within 5 to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary based on volume and carrier delays. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for transit issues such as delays, damage, or lost packages.
